Zen Lounge continued to liven up the party scene with DJ Barkha once again putting in an electric performance on the weekend. The model-turned-DJ dished out some popular English tracks along with some energetic Bollywood beats. The lounge was packed with over 200 partygoers who danced away till the wee hours of the night. This is Barkha’s second performance at Zen Lounge in the city and she’s hoping to come back more often. “I think the Zen Lounge offers great space and can give some of Delhi’s party places stiff competition. The crowd of the tricity is fabulous and really knows how to enjoy good music,” Barkha was heard saying. It seems the DJ’s choice of music is what everyone enjoyed the most. “It’s not as if Barkha comes up with unusual numbers,but the style and mix she adds to them takes the quality of the music and the evening,a few notches higher,” said a guest. Special lounge nights will now be a regular feature on the weekends with the Zen Lounge,and on weekdays,the place transforms into the oriental restaurant – Zazen.
