(Express Photo)Senior IAS officer Rajesh Khullar was Sunday appointed as Haryana additional chief secretary and financial commissioner revenue (FCR). As additional chief secretary, Khulllar will also look after the school education and information, public relations, languages and culture department.
The state government Sunday issued transfer and posting orders of 13 IAS, one IPS and one IRS officer with immediate effect.

In February this year, Khullar was repatriated to his parent cadre (Haryana) on the request of the state government.
In the transfers, Sudhir Rajpal has been posted as additional chief secretary, agriculture and farmers’ welfare and civil aviation department. Dr. Sumita Misra has been posted as additional chief secretary, medical education and research, and women and child development department. Ankur Gupta will look after animal husbandry and dairying and fisheries department while Anurag Rastogi has been posted as additional chief secretary, finance and planning department and public works (building and roads) and architecture department.
Anand Mohan Sharan, additional chief secretary (industries) has been given the additional charge
of higher education department. Dr. Raja Shekhar Vundru has been posted as additional chief secretary, housing for all and foreign cooperation department.
Ashok Khemka, additional chief secretary (archives) has been given the additional charge of printing and stationery department.
Apoorva Kumar Singh has been posted as additional chief secretary, public health engineering department and energy department and advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.
Arun Kumar Gupta has been posted as additional chief secretary, town and country planning and urban estates department and mines and geology department.
Vijayendra Kumar has been posted as principal secretary, social justice, empowerment, welfare of scheduled castes and backward classes and antyodaya (Sewa) department and chief executive officer, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.
IPS officer Navdeep Singh Virk, principal secretary (transport) has been given additional charge of the sports department.
Devinder Singh Kalyan, an IRS-IT officer, has been posted as principal secretary, excise and taxation department while Vikas Gupta has been posted as commissioner and secretary, urban local bodies department and chief executive officer, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority.
IAS officer Amneet P. Kumar has been posted as commissioner and secretary, sainik and ardh sainik welfare department.
