Rain hits normal life for second consecutive day in Mohali

The movement of vehicular traffic on the busy Mohali-Kharar stretch of National Highway-21 also remained disrupted.

In Mohali,majority of the inner roads submerged as the road gullies and curb channels are full of wild growth.

Rainwater also accumulated in various residential and commercial areas in Phase 3B1,3B2,4,7,8,9,10,11,1,2 and Sectors 68,69,70 and 71. Major parts of Zirakpur and Dera Bassi too remained waterlogged.
