Punjabi producer gets bail from High Court against wrongful arrest
Police raid Pinky Dhaliwal’s house in Sunanda Sharma and Sri Brar case

The CIA staff raided the residence of Pushpinder Singh, popularly known as Pinky Dhaliwal, producer of Amar Audio and Mad 4 Music, in connection with the Sunanda Sharma and Sri Brar case. During the raid, police seized electronic devices, including laptops, along with other important items. Awards and trophies from his house were also taken into police custody.
Following the raid, Dhaliwal’s legal team immediately moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court, alleging wrongful arrest and procedural lapses by the Mohali police.
Considering the seriousness of the case, the court granted bail to Dhaliwal, directing him to cooperate fully with the investigation and appear whenever required.
After the court’s decision, Dhaliwal was released and returned home, but the police investigation remains ongoing. The focus now shifts to the upcoming hearings and further developments in the case.
Who is Pinky Dhaliwal?
Pushpinder Singh Dhaliwal, known as Pinky Dhaliwal, is a prominent name in the Punjabi music industry. He founded Amar Audio in 1990 and later launched Mad 4 Music. Over the past three decades, he has played a crucial role in recording and promoting several renowned Punjabi artists, contributing to their rise in the industry.
Dhaliwal has produced music for celebrated Punjabi singers such as Lovely Nirman, Jaswant Sandila, Kanth Kaler, Sudesh Kumari, Harjit Harman, Harbhajan Mama, Jaswinder Brar, Manjit Roopowalia, Surjit Bhullar, Ranjit Bawa, and Debi Makhsoospuri. Many of these artists gained widespread recognition under his production.
Currently, Dhaliwal is actively involved in film production. His latest project, Bibi Rajni, has made a significant impact in the Punjabi film industry.
