PU invites applications for MA & BEd courses

Panjab University (PU) has invited applications for the admission to the two-year MA course in Community Education and Development and BEd (Special Education with Specialisation in Learning Disabilities).

Panjab University (PU) has invited applications for the admission to the two-year MA course in Community Education and Development and BEd (Special Education with Specialisation in Learning Disabilities). Both courses have 25 seats each. Students can submit the form by July 3; the list of selected candidates will be displayed on the afternoon of July 15.

For MA (Community Education & Development),the list of eligible candidates will be displayed on July 11. The students having graduation degree with 45 per cent marks in any discipline are eligible for admission. Date of first counselling will be July 12.

For BEd. Special Education (With specialisation in Learning Disability),the last date for receipt of application forms will be July 3. These course is affiliated to Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI),New Delhi. The date of aptitude test to be conducted by the Department will be July 5.

For PhD in Community Education and Development,the last date of submission of application forms is July 3. The entrance test for the Ph.D. would be conducted on July 27.

Joint admission sessions

CHANDIGARH: Panjab University will be conducting the joint admissions for the session 2013-14 for the BEd (general),BEd (Special Education MR) and B.Ed. (Yoga) courses in the colleges of Union Territory. The admission forms and detailed information will be available online at the PU website bedadmissions.puchd.ac.in,from July 2.
