The CBI on Friday filed the chargesheet in the PEC admission scam in a lower Court. Those chargesheeted are Dr Nishikant,co-accused Mahinder Bajaj and 11 PEC students. The CBI detected the fraud on September 8,2010,when 11 students were booked for taking admission to PEC on the basis of forged identity cards.
