The order in the application will be pronounced on Friday.

Chaudhary is the main accused in murder of 24-year old Hoshiarpur girl,Jyoti Kumari. Counsel for the accused,Amandeep Bindra, said that he argued before the court that the MLA be allowed to attend the session on the ground that the legislator will be performing his constitutional duty as an elected member of the house to attend the assembly session. The Himachal assembly session is concluding on April 9.

The Doon MLA has emerged as the key accused in the murder of Jyoti Kumari as the mobile call details records of his phone have been traced to the same area where the girl was found murdered in Sector 21 in the city.
