Now help other cricket enthusiasts reach the 13 World Cup venues. “Log on to http://googleindia.blogspot.com/2011/01/google-map-maker-catches-world-cup.html and map the layout of the stadium and if possible each stand,the parking lot and nearby areas of interest,” says Manik Gupta,product manager,Maps and Local,Google,as he talks about their new initiative — Google Map Maker. Launched almost a month back,he says that once the inputs are appraised and reviewed,they will be uploaded on the map. “It will also show the important roads to the stadium ,” he adds.
