A Mohali Phase-VII resident was robbed of Rs 3 lakh cash and his car late on Saturday.

A Mohali Phase-VII resident was robbed of Rs 3 lakh cash and his car late on Saturday. Jagdish Singh,who has a scrap dealing shop at Burail in Sector 25,was returning home to Mohali when he was attacked near Southend roundabout in Sector 36.

In his complaint to the police,Singh alleged that two unidentified persons in a black Ford Ikon took away his bag containing Rs 3 lakh and keys of his Hyundai Accent around 10.45 pm. The accused also thrashed him,Singh further said in his complaint.
