The weekend in the city was abuzz with film announcements and other launches from Punjabi cinema. While the stars of Naughty Jatts Neeru Bajwa,Arya Babbar,Roshan Prince,Binnu Dhillon and singer G-Deep from the US shared their journey,at the same time,Fresh Water Films & Acropolis Inc announced their Punjabi movie Yaar Mera Rab Warga. To be released this September,the lead actors of the movie,Lakhwinder Singh and Neetu Singh,were at PVR Cinemas at Elante Chandigarh to release the first look and trailer of the film.

Yaar Mera Rab Warga is a romantic saga of two friends and two lovers. Its the story of Bhagat and Arman,who are childhood friends but part ways when they reach their teens as Armans family moves to Canada. I am playing the role of Bhagat. The movie is full of action,drama and romance, said Singh. The film is directed by Dinkar Kapur and the music is by Jitender Shah. In addition,television actor Gurmeet Chaudhary is all set to make his debut in this film.
