The councillors from all parties and the nominated ones gathered at the Municipal Corporation at 1 pm and waited for a message from the Advisers office. They were reportedly informed that Adviser K K Sharma had a number of prior engagements and whenever he came to office,they could meet him. It was at 4 pm that they were informed that the Adviser was in office. Not having been given a prior appointment,the councillors went to the Secretariat. After listening to them for some time,the Adviser asked the Home Secretary to hear out their grievances as he had to proceed for another event.
