Jammu and Kashmir lifted overall trophy in the 10th Senior National Sqay (Martial Arts) organised by Sqay Association of Haryana at Cygnus High World School at Shergarh (Ambala District). The Jammu and Kashmir won six gold,six silver and four bronze medals to log 78 points for the overall trophy. Meanwhile,Delhi were runners-up with 53 points as they claimed seven gold and three silver medals. Punjab were third with 26 points. Haryana Olympic Association joint secretary Surinder Singh Dangi distributed the prizes.

Rana shines for Modern Agencies
CHANDIGARH: A dazzling all-round performance by Dinesh Rana,who played an unbeaten knock of 35 runs off 21 balls and claimed four wickets for three runs,guided Modern Agencies to a 24-run win over Lawyers Association in a league match of the First Winter Cup Institutional Cricket Tournament being organised by KK Cricket Academy on Tuesday.
Modern Agencies won the toss and elected to bat first,posting a total of 138 runs for the loss of nine wickets in the allotted 20 overs. For Lawyers Association,Harit Sharma claimed two wickets for 18 runs. Chasing a stiff target,Lawyers Association came up with a fine start as their openers shared a stand of 57 runs in 7.5 overs. But once Sanjeev Trikha (30) and Sukhdeep (24) departed,Modern Agencies took control of the match. Rana claimed four wickets while giving away just three runs as Modern Agencies scored a 24-run win.
In another match of the day,HDFC Bank scored a 61-run win over Universal XI. Batting first,HDFC Bank posted a total of 163 runs for the loss of four wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Charan played an unbeaten knock of 70 runs while Ricky remained unbeaten on 65 runs. For Universal XI,Bobby claimed two wickets for 20 runs while Raman claimed two wickets for 42 runs. In reply,Universal XI were bundled out for a total of 102 runs in 18 overs. Rahul Rana scored 26 runs. For the winning team,Birinder claimed three wickets for 12 runs while Manu claimed two wickets for seven runs.
