“The self-assembly of colloidal particles into well-defined structures, such as anisometric ones, has shown to be both a challenging and promising field in today’s research. This controlled manipulation leads to various new types of materials with properties being of potential interest in the fields of sensing, photonics, catalysisor lithography,” Gradzielski said.

The faculty and the research scholars interacted with Gradzielski and discussed about the possible future work and collaboration in this important research area. Chairperson of the institute Meenakshi Goyal welcomed the speaker.
