“I’m trying to convert to vegetarian food though,” she confesses,as she boasts of the wholesome goodness of organic food. “My last meal consisted of some special dishes specifically prepared by the chef according to personal preferences. We relished some lasagna with pasta together with a spicy pumpkin soup followed by a delicious dessert of baked chocolate soufflé.” She goes on to talk about the refreshing juices made from farm fresh cucumbers and kiwis.

“The specialty of the scrumptious dishes there was that they were all cooked in olive oil. All the ingredients used are purely organic. We relished the food and loved its subtle flavours which were a perfect mix of everything,” the designer adds.

Ananda’s food concept is known to incorporate elements from the Ayurveda. “The cuisine consists of fresh natural foods which are low in both fat and calories. Fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding added or artificial salts, colors, flavours and preservatives make Ananda a wholesome experience.”

Facilities like special care menus are provided in consultation with dieticians and chefs for a customised diet.
