Clicking for Art

With an aim to promote Indian contemporary art,IndianArtCollectors.com has tied-up with artists Jatin Das and Samir Mondal for the month of July to showcase their work on the website. “We are happy that distinguished artists are showing keen interest in our concept of online exhibitions and supporting us,” says Anuja Lath,co-founder and CEO of IndianArtCollectors.com. The works will be accessible to connoisseurs across the world and includes Mondal’s famous watercolours. Das,meanwhile,will have works from different periods,representing his life as a painter,spanning over five decades,including the popular portraits.

Excited about the tie-up,Lath points out that virtual display of art has a wider reach and penetration. “Any person,at any point in time and from any part of the world can view these exhibitions. The best part is that there is no restriction of time for visiting them,” says Lath.

The Jatin Das and Samir Mondal online exhibition will be on view till July 31.
