cadre want Bansal as candidate: Ahmed

“I have held meetings with leaders in Chandigarh and they all want former railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal as the candidate for the Lok Sabha polls,” Shakeel Ahmed while answering queries at the Congress Bhawan in Chandigarh on Sunday said. “There is no proof or evidence against him. The Congress workers want him as their candidate. However,the final decision will rest with the party high command,” he added.
