9 held over fight during procession in Mankhurd
Police have registered an FIR against 14 persons on charges of causing religious differences between two communities and other charges.

Nine persons were arrested on Monday after a fight broke out between members of two communities during a procession in Mankhurd on Sunday.
Police have registered an FIR against 14 persons on charges of causing religious differences between two communities and other charges.
According to a police officer, a group took out a procession at Sathe Nagar in Mankhurd on Sunday. “The lane is very narrow and as they were passing by a mosque, a fight broke out over playing music at high volume,” an official said.
Elders from both sides resolved the issue but later it flared up again, following which police intervened.
