Seven people were injured in the accident that took place near the Kaggalipura police station, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, around 10.30 am. A police officer said that two of them are in critical condition.

According to the police, the KSRTC bus was heading from Kanakapura towards Bengaluru when it overturned. At the same time, many vehicles were heading in the opposite direction and Nagaraju was going towards Kanakapura on a two-wheeler. While he came under the bus and died on the spot, the injured people were shifted to a nearby hospital.
