Rupala inaugurates private APMC in Kutch

The private APMC, named Abdasa Khetivadi Market Yard, has been set up by Kutch businessman Govind Bhanushali on 12 acres.

Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Parshottam Rupala inaugurated a private agricultural trade market or private agricultural produce market committee (APMC) at Mothala in Kutch Sunday.

The private APMC, named Abdasa Khetivadi Market Yard, has been set up by Kutch businessman Govind Bhanushali on 12 acres.

Bhanushali said that he will allow traders to operate from Mothala yard for six months without having to pay any cess to the APMC administration and that godowns have been allotted to a farmers cooperative of Janakpur village for operations and maintenance.
