Runaway girl found again,back at protection home

In what appears to be a cat-and-mouse game between a minor girl from city’s Women Protection Home and the police,15-year-old Arti Yadav,who went missing on Monday after being traced a day ago,was finally found on Tuesday and taken back to the protection home again.

In what appears to be a cat-and-mouse game between a minor girl from city’s Women Protection Home and the police,15-year-old Arti Yadav,who went missing on Monday after being traced a day ago,was finally found on Tuesday and taken back to the protection home again.

Yadav and Poornima Thakor (16) had gone missing from the Women Protection Home on Sunday. The Fatehgunj police,however,managed to trace Arti and send her back to the protection home on Monday. However,Arti managed to slip out once again.

“The authorities of the Women Protection Home found the girl and have taken her back,” Fatehgunj police said.

Yadav had reportedly slipped out the the Women Protection Home when Shobha Barot,the nurse on duty at the time,was busy dealing with another woman. Superintendent of the Women Protection Home,Kamal Pandulkar,had admitted that the security arrangements at the Home were not up-to-the-mark,but said she had written to the state government in this regard.
