Ganeshnagar residents demand potable water

Residents of Ganeshnagar,colony set up for riverfront project evacuees,have complained of pollution in water they are getting from the bore wells. In a memorandum to the municipal commissioner on Friday,Rehthan Adhikar Manch (Forum for Right to Residence) has demanded potable water for the residents.

Bina Jadav,who runs the Manch,said the Manch had got the bore well water in the area tested in the laboratory of Gujarat Institute of Civil Engineers and Architects. The report reveals presence of coliform organisms in the water samples.
