Flesh trade racket busted,five held

Police busted a prostitution racket and arrested five persons,including an alleged call girl,in the city on Friday.

Acting on a tip-off,Bardoli police threw a dragnet near the old bus stand in the town on Friday night and spotted four persons waiting in the auto-rickshaw. Upon questioning,they reportedly confessed they had come to the bus stand to pick up a call girl from one Hanif Malek of Valod. Though Hanif is still on the run,police have arrested the four,who have been identified as Baburam Gurjar,Jayesh Devmurari,Sanjay Parmar and Hasmukh Bhesai,all residents of different housing societies in Varachha area of Surat city.

Later,the police also arrested the alleged call girl from Parvatpatia area on Saturday afternoon.
