The Ahmedabad Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) on Sunday issued an advertisement regarding a young boy who had gone missing from the city in January. The case was transferred to the DCB. The boy,Kartik Rajendran Padiyadi (17),had left his house in the Khokhra area of the city on January 29 for his tuition classes at Vastrapur,but he did not return.
