With inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is celebrating International Millet Year, and “the entire world is moving towards old healthy food habits”, Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said on Sunday. He was speaking at the concluding ceremony of the International Conference on Clinical Research for Role of Psychology, Yoga and Naturopathy for Wellbeing in Mehsana.
Patel commended the conference while calling it the “right job at the right time’. He said that it is very necessary to have “good food for good health”. In this connection, he added, the campaign to promote natural farming under the PM’s guidance is very important for a healthy nation.
The conference was organised by Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Somnath Sanskrit University, among other organisations.
