Rashmika Mandana, Zepto founders, Razorpay’s Vishnu Acharya: Forbes India unveils 30 Under 30 List 2024

The list not only celebrates individual achievements but also highlights ventures making significant contributions to bridging gaps in various industries.

Continuing its annual tradition, Forbes India revealed its prestigious 30 Under 30 list for 2024 on Froday. Moving beyond established names and next-gen entrepreneurs, this year’s list celebrates 38 young individuals, under the age of 30, who are making significant contributions across diverse fields.

As Forbes India celebrates its 11th consecutive year of recognizing young talent, this year’s list comprises 38 winners across 19 categories, showcasing a diverse range of achievements. Among them are entrepreneurs like Shreyans Chopra, whose venture Mstack, a cross-border custom manufacturing platform, has garnered attention for its bold vision and rapid growth. Similarly, Anupam Pedarla and Sashank Reddy of NxtWave are empowering learners with innovative tech courses tailored for high-demand roles.

In a nod to inclusivity, Torchit founder Hunny Bhagchandani is recognized for his efforts in creating innovations to aid persons with disabilities. Meanwhile, athletes Parul Chaudhury and Jyothi Yarraji, gearing up for the 2024 Paris Olympics, exemplify resilience and determination in the sports category.

This year’s selection process involved interviews, extensive research, and consultations with experts across various fields. The final 30 were chosen from nearly a thousand nominations, with age being a crucial criterion—only individuals under 30 as of Feb 29, 2024, were considered.

The list not only celebrates individual achievements but also highlights ventures making significant contributions to bridging gaps in various industries. The addition of a new category—B2B—underscores the importance of businesses facilitating growth in the corporate landscape.
