In letter to users, Myntra apologises for the big app crash

Keeping in mind customers' buying patterns, Myntra moved to being an app-only portal earlier this month. Till last month, about 90 per cent of the traffic to Myntra was from mobile.

As Flipkart took a dig at its biggest rival Snapdeal for not being able to find good engineers in the country, the former’s fashion portal Myntra.com witnessed a major debacle.

Myntra had set announced its ‘Mega Sale’ on May 30 and 31 offering a discount of up to 80 per cent on all products, but failed to manage the traffic as the app crashed due to some major technical glitches.

The e-commerce portal has now apologised to its customers by sending a letter stating the problem was due to technical glitches and how they will live up to customer expectations hereafter.

Here is the apology letter:
Myntra, Flipkart, Myntra App, Myntra App crash, myntra mega sale, myntra aplogy letter, myntra says sorry, myntra customers, myntra-flipkart, myntra mobile app india news, online shopping portal
