Vidya Stokes moves HC against order rejecting nomination, withdraws plea within hours

Stokes had suffered a blow on Tuesday when RO (Theog) Tashi Sandup had rejected her nomination paper during scrutiny finding some flaws in the papers that she had filed as Congress candidate before closure of the nominations on October 23.
