The official notification from AICTE mentions that the extension of the admissions deadline is not valid for standalone institutions offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) programmes.
UGC introduces new enrollment process for admission to ODL, online programmes

As part of the new enrollment process, students enrolling in ODL and online programmes will have to first register on the UGC’s Distance Education Bureau (UGC-DEB) web portals – deb.ugc.ac.in and deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDebId with their Academic Bank of Credit (ABC)-ID and generate a unique DEB-ID.

The UGC in the guidelines reiterated that the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores will remain the primary criteria for admitting students in the central universities. However, students who appeared in CUET, but may or may not have applied to the respective university for the courses or programmes earlier may also be considered.
