New Delhi, Feb 09 (ANI): Speaking on the rise of crime in Uttar Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Shrikant Sharma on Tuesday said Akhilesh Yadav’s Government promoted ‘Gunda-Raj’ in the state. He added that Akhilesh is responsible for the deteriorating condition of Uttar Pradesh's law and order. They have issued a license for hooliganism. Sharma added that the condition of law and order is so bad that at least ten rapes happen each day. There is a murder every half an hour. Each day, there are 17 communal incidents. In crimes against women, Uttar Pradesh tops the list. He further added that the BJP demands investigation into all the matter at the earliest.
