Santosh Pandey is a prominent figure in Indian politics, known for his affiliation with the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP). Born on December 31, 1967, in Sahaspur, Kabirdham, Chhattisgarh, he hails from a political family that has been a staunch supporter of the BJP.
He completed his B.A. and L.L.B. from Ravi Shankar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. His early exposure to politics and his educational background laid the foundation for his political career.
His political journey began with his association with the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS), where he qualified in the third year by Sangh (RSS) prashikshan Varga. His political career took a significant turn when he won the 2019 Lok Sabha elections on the BJP ticket against the Congress candidate, Bholaram Sahu, by more than one lakh votes.
He is also a member of the Standing Committee on Information & Technology and a former General Secretary for the BJP.
