ABOUT Rhea Chakraborty
Born in Bangalore and raised in Ambala, Rhea Chakraborty is a popular VJ turned actress who has worked in over five movies and worked as an anchor in three TV shows on MTV India. The 24-year-old young lady has been in the industry since the year 2009. She started her television career with MTV India's reality show TVS Scooty Teen Diva where she participated as a contestant and won the first runner-up title. Later she went on auditioning and finally got an opportunity to start her career as an anchor on MTV Delhi. She has hosted several MTV's shows including Pepsi MTV Wassup, TicTac College Beat and MTV Gone in 60 seconds. In 2012, she got a break in the Telugu movie Tuneega Tuneega and finally entered Bollywood with the-2013-hit Mere Dad Ki Maruti where she played the role of Jasleen. She is now working on her next two projects, Bank Chor and Half Girlfriend.

Drugs case: Three months after arrest, special court grants bail to Rhea Chakraborty's brother Showik
