With Akal Takht head’s daughter-in-law Bibi Lakhvir Kaur contesting the zila parishad polls on a SAD ticket,the Punjab Congress on Monday asked Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh to step down for maintaining the “prestige” of the highest temporal seat of Sikhs.
