Special CBI court reserves order on Amit Shah discharge plea

Shah had filed an application seeking discharge from the case saying that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

The special CBI court Tuesday reserved its order on the discharge application filed by BJP president Amit Shah in connection with the alleged fake encounter killing of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati.

Shah had filed an application seeking discharge from the case saying that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

However, the CBI opposed the discharge application of Shah saying that he was involved in the conspiracy of the killings of Sheikh and Prajapati. It had also argued in the court saying that it has evidence which shows his involvement in the case.
