Corporates commit to constructing 1 lakh school toilets

Some prominent corporate houses on Tuesday made a commitment to the government on construction of one lakh toilets in schools across the country under their CSR initiative. Union Human Resource Development minister Smriti Irani on Tuesday held interactions with various public and private corporate houses, with several committing to participate in the government’s ‘Swachh Bharat’, ‘Swachh Vidyalya’ campaign.
