The police have identified the sender of the WhatsApp message as Ramveer Singh, a resident of Naavali village under Naujhil police station area in Mathura. Ramveer is absconding and a team under SP (City) has been constituted to nab him, SSP Rakesh Singh told the reporters in Mathura.
“Ramveer’s brother Laxman Singh has been detained and is being interrogated. Ramveer had sent the message to some people including media persons,” he said.
