Prime Minister Narendra Modi, with union ministers Rajnath Singh and Sushma Swaraj among others, on Saturday chaired the 11th meeting of Inter-State council in Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Karnataka CM Siddharamiah skipped the meeting while Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal arrived a little late.
