Bajrang Dal activist files complaint against Kanhaiya Kumar for ‘anti-Army remarks’

A complaint has been filed in a local court of Bulandshahr against Jawaharlal Nehru University’s Student Union president Kanhaiya Kumar for making allegations against Indian Army soliders of indulging in harassment and rape in Kashmir,during a programme organised on theJNU campus on March 8.

The complainaint, Bulandshahr’s Bajrang Dal district convenor, Hemant Singh said the court took up the matter on Thursday and has fixed the next date of hearing on March 28 for recording his statement.

He added that with the remarks on Indian Army, Kanhaiya Kumar has once again made ‘anti-national’ statement despite getting conditional bail from the Delhi High Court.
