Sachin came to Delhi with dreams of becoming a nationally known dancer and choreographer, said his cousin Meena Moray Wednesday. He is survived by his parents and a younger brother who live in Indore.

Moray said she was unaware of his relationship with Yogita. “He wanted to become a national-level dancer and choreographer and was working towards it, but I do not know what went wrong and why he took such an extreme step.”

She added, “He auditioned for a reality TV show when he was in Indore, but did not make it.” Moray said Sachin came to Delhi about three years ago and stayed with them in Neb Sarai. “Soon, he took a room on rent and started teaching dance to boys and girls. He also used to go to other academies to teach dance.”
