Asus launched 360Hz monitor at CES: Asus has launched the world's first monitor with a 360Hz refresh rate, giving it the title of the fastest gaming monitor ever. Asus claims its new high-performance 360Hz eSports display is 50 per cent faster than current generation 240Hz monitors. The new high-end gaming monitor will hit retail shelves sometime later this year.
Samsung Serio rotational TV: Samsung has launched a new TV that can rotate to transform between horizontal and vertical orientation. The 43-inch 4K TV, Serio, is described as a TV "designed for the mobile generation." Samsung has yet to release more information on the price and availability. but we do know that it will be available outside of Korea.
Samsung Odyssey monitors:Samsung has introduced two curved gaming monitors in its Odyssey lineup. The G9 has a 49-inch display, while the G7 variant will be made available in 32-inch and 27-inches screen size. The G9 is extremely wide with its 32:9 aspect ratio and it is the world's first dual QHD display with a 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. Bboth G9 and G7 will be available globally starting Q2 2020.
Samsung launched 8K QLED TV with ultra-thin bezels: Samsung has unveiled its new QLED TV for 2020 at CES in Las Vegas that features an 8K resolution screen and sports an ultra-thin bezel at 2.3mm, which is almost invisible. The TV is just 15 mm in total thickness, and comes with enhanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology. It is powered by Samsung's own Tizen software along with support for Bixby smart assistant, Alexa, and Google Assistant. The flagship TV has a full-array local dimming LED backlight and with a screen-to-body ratio of 99 per cent, Samsung is calling this in an ‘Infinity Screen’.
CLAW launches Stag Superb Plus Turntable for Rs 8,990: CLAW has launched the Stag Superb Plus Turntable a record player with built-in speakers for Rs 8,990. The device is available at leading online and retail stores in two colour variants-- Black and Brown. The CLAW Stag features a woodeen finish base and transparent dust cover. The stylus supports 33.3, 45, and 78 RPM speeds and 7", 10", and 12" vinyl records featuring a belt drive with a manual tone arm and auto stop function for playback. Built-in with 2 units of 3W stereo speakers, the device can also be connected to external speakers or headphones via the RCA or 3.5mm outputs. The Stag Superb Plus also has a digital recording feature so that users can digitize their vinyl records into MP3 audio files on PC by using the included USB cable. The Stag Superb Plus carries a 1 year CLAW brand warranty across India.
HP launches new range of PCs, displays, accessories: HP has launched its newest PCs, displays, and accessories at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES). It has unveiled the HP Spectre x360-- a laptop powered by up to 10th-gen Intel Core i7 processor and featuring a 15.6-inch 4K OLED display, starting at $1,599.99. The HP Envy 32 All-in-One comes with upto 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, starting at $1,599.99. HP's new Elite Dragonfly laptop is the first business convertible laptop with 5G support, featuring a 10th-gen Intel Core vPro processor. HP also unveiled two new docking monitors as well as bags and sleeves.
LG refreshes its LG Gram laptop lineup ahead of CES 2020: LG has announced four new Gra-series laptops-- all powered by 10th-Gen Intel Core processor paired with up to 24GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM. The range includes the LG Gram 17 (17Z90N), LG Gram 15 (15Z90N), LG Gram 14 (14Z90N), and 14-inch LG Gram 2-in-1 (14T90N). LG had showcased the Gram 17 and Gram 2-in-1 at the CES 2019 and launched the Gram 17, Gram 15, and Gram 14 models in India in August.
