Cavalier King Charles Spaniel: This Cavalier grows up to 13 inches and doesn't display a cavalier attitude even when it is fully grown. Chihuahua: A chihuahua generally grows up to 6-7 inches, though some have grown up to be as tall as 12-15 inches. Don't let the tiny size fool you. The Chihuahua mirrors its owner's temperament, so don't dump your stresses on your dog. Japanese Chin: This Japanese breed is named so as it's thought to have originated in China. They are noted for their importance to the Japanese nobility.
