Sushant Singh Rajput: In 2012, Sushant Singh Rajput took a big risk by quitting the hit TV show 'Pavitra Rishta' for trying his luck in Bollywood. And his risk paid off well and the actor has now been flooded with offers post his debut film 'Kai Po Che' (2013). Sushant will be next seen in Dibaker Banerjee's Byomkesh Bakshy', Aamir Khan's 'Peekay' and Shekhar Kapur's Paani.

The film, which is based on Byomkesh Bakshi, a fictional detective in Bengali literature, stars Sushant in the title role.

The actor, who made a successful Bollywood debut with 'Kai Po Che', adjusts a muffler on his head as he gears up for his shoot.

‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ is being directed by ‘Bombay Talkies’ director, Dibakar Banerjee. Dibakar is seen having a word with his cast on the sets.

Although the film's shoot has been wrapped up, the release date of ‘Detective Byomkesh Bakshy’ has been finalised as February 13 2015.

Sushant was dressed in a shirt, worn-out trousers, a sleeveless sweater and a muffler.

The actor will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘P.K' with Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma.

As the film is set in the 1940s, the set up will showcase the lifestyle of the people who were living during the turbulent times of World War II.
