Neha Dhupia, who will be next seen on screen in Santa Banta film along with Vir Das and Boman Irani, was in the capital for the promotions of her upcoming film. Delhi High Court had earlier asked the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to hear the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) which has claimed that the upcoming film ‘Santa Banta Pvt Ltd’ makes fun of the Sikh community.

A petition was filed against “Santa Banta Pvt. Ltd.” earlier this month by Punjab Cultural Heritage Board president Charan Singh Sapra and others claiming that the film depicts the Sikh community in poor light and it could pose a threat to public order.
