With two days to go for polling under Phase 5 of the Lok Sabha elections, Election Commission teams have reached the remotest polling stations in Ladakh. Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha MP Sonia Gandhi addressed an election rally in Congress bastion Rae Bareli, which she represented for three terms. In her emotionally charged speech, she handed over “100 years of tradition” to son Rahul Gandhi.
Here’s a look at what was buzzing on social media platforms today.
Addressing an election rally in Rae Bareli, Sonia Gandhi said that she was handing over her son Rahul to the constituency. Describing the moment as “emotional”, Rahul said that his mother had handed 100 years of tradition to him.
pic.twitter.com/xL7WWKKrDB
