Suspend foreign, trade ties with India: Hafiz Saeed to Pakistan govt

LeT chief Hafiz Saeed on Saturday demanded Pakistan government to immediately suspend foreign and trade relations with India in the wake of killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.

“We don’t need potato and onion trade with India,” he told a press conference at JuD headquarters in Chauburji in Pakistan.

“Pakistan should call its ambassador back from India and expel its from Islamabad,” the Lashkar-e-Taiba founder said, claiming Pakistan is an advocate of Kashmiris and this gesture will give Kashmiris a boost.

Saeed, on whose head the US has put a bounty of USD 10 million, also said “screening of Indian movies in Pakistan should be banned forthwith as these are hurting the sentiments of people of Pakistan in the wake of killings in Kashmir”.
