At least four people were killed and six injured as a bomb ripped through a relief camp in this northwestern city in Pakistan on Sunday. The blast occurred in a relief camp in Muhammad Khwaja area of the city in Hangu district of restive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, sources said. Police cordoned off the area and started search operations. The injured were shifted to the District Hospital for treatment. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
