Indian chef’s signature dish to adorn the skies

Mumbai-born Vineet has his unique blend of exotic Indian food.

Indian-origin chef Vineet Bhatia is part of a team handpicked to set a new standard for dining in the sky.

Bhatia is one of the four of globally renowned chefs selected by Qatar Airways to inspire an entirely new in-flight dining experience.

The culinary ambassadors have collaborated with the airline to create the ‘Qatar Airways Culinary World Menu’ a new range of signature dishes to satisfy the tastes of the airline’s passengers.

Mumbai-born Vineet has his unique blend of exotic Indian food; British chef Aikens provides his own variety of European culinary; Lebanese chef Ramzi brings his exquisite experience of Middle East cuisine and Japanese chef Nobu adds a touch of Asian fusion cuisine to the airways’ ambassadorial line-up.

That is why we’ve travelled the world to assemble a team of culinary experts to offer our passengers the very best dining experience available in the sky,” Qatar Airways CEO Akbar Al Baker said.
