Remember the differently-abled Zomato employee Ramu, who left inspired many after a video of him using a hand-powered tricycle to deliver food went viral? The food delivering company has now gifted him an electric vehicle to help him with his work.
The founder and CEO of the company Deepinder Goyal shared a video of the employee along with pictures and videos of him using the vehicle. “Our delivery partner Ramu Sahu has gracefully accepted the electric vehicle that we were keen on him having,” Goyal tweeted.
Not too long ago, the video of a delivery man had gone viral online, with many hailing him for inspiring them to work harder in life. The Zomato employee was later identified as “Ramu”, a differently-abled man who uses a hand-powered tricycle to deliver food.

The company too retweeted the video as it went viral and called him a “superhero”.
As the video went viral, many are requesting the company and other automobile manufacturers to provide him with an electric scooter that might help him to serve better. Others also suggested crowd-funding a vehicle for the inspiring man.
