Watch: Drunken cop creates a scene on Kanpur road

Policemen are supposed to be custodians of law, but what if they start breaking it? In a video that has gone viral, a Kanpur cop is seen doing exactly the same.

The cop in a drunken state has been captured creating scene on road and refusing to take public’s help. He also – at one time – falls on road, while public nearby note down his batch number.

This is not the first time a member of the law-keeping force has been caught on-camera in an inebriated state.
