Actor Aamir Khan is the talk of the nation with his comments on intolerance in India — be it positive or negative. In all of this, dairy products manufacturer Amul — which is famous for its social commentary via its advertisements — has its own two slices to add to the mix.
An old Amul-ad, which was put out at the time of release of Khan’s movie PK, has resurfaced on the Web and has gone viral across Twitter, which shows Khan in his PK avatar, and the words “Khaa, PK jaana”. Some reports called this ad fake leading people to think it’s a troll by a Twitter user. Nevertheless, it resurfaced creating a furore on the micro-blogging website.
But the company has its take on the issue. It has shared an ‘Amul Topical’ poster showing Khan telling his wife Kiran Rao, “Aal izz hell or Aal izz well”.

Though the latter ad takes a milder tone on the topic, it has gone viral on social media. However, it’s the “Bared and Butter” version has the Twitterati chirping. Take a look.
