In an unprecedented incident, the State Bank of India’s Shahganj branch in Uttar Pradesh became an unexpected refuge for a stray bull attempting to escape the harsh cold.
The peculiar occurrence unfolded at the bank’s main branch situated in the bustling Sadar Bazar area in Unnao, leaving both staff and customers in a state of shock.
The video shared on X by @Cow_Momma shows the bull trying to navigate its way into the bank premises, where it quietly positioned itself in a corner.
This unforeseen visitor triggered a wave of panic inside the bank, momentarily disrupting the bank’s routine operations.

The stray bull’s escapade triggered discussions on X with netizens expressing a mix of surprise, amusement, and concern for the welfare of the bull.
One user quoted a viral meme and wrote, “Hey Prabhu hey jagannath.” In a hilarious reply, a user commented, “The bull actually came in to open a Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana account, but the SBI staff were having lunch and they asked him to come another day.” Another added, “Bull is on inspection.”
The employees made sure the bull was securely evacuated from the premises.
